After a mother blew up over a lengthy delay, the video of the uproar went viral. Charlie Leocha, Chairman of Travelers United, ended up on national TV talking about the perils of weather delays. Besides taking a deep breath, other solutions are to leave plenty of time to make connections of expensive travel plans and buy trip insurance. Both would have helped this distraught mother who thought she was going to miss her cruise. Evidently, all worked out well in the end.
